- To launch primary Schools and adult literacy classes in the remote areas of Nepal. And provide technical and practical classes for both adults and children focusing on their culture and language to preserve and promote it.
- To manages free education (by searching donors), and provide all the basic needs like free educational materials, free medical services and encourage them to step toward the light of education, mainly for poor people and helpless families
- To support community development projects especially to improve the quality of life through the development of local tourism.
- To economical upliftment through tourism by providing various communities based trainings to enable them to take part in national income.
- To preserve the culture, language and customs of the Sherpa communities which are endangered by the domination of major ethnical groups and promote the Himalayan Culture and languages and share it with our greater friends in EUROPE.
